hi i am doing vectra up and changing few things, spent all nite just looking at exhausts lol what are these like? any 1 know?

Poundy had one on his Vectra. It was loud as hell and sounded bloody awful!

Poundy's exhaust was ridiculous, and causing him to loose power as well

thanks keep away from that then lol, right i got a letter box back box and power flow mid box and it sound ok but mid box had a fix at some point and not very good 1 so if wanted to keep letter box and just get mid box whats best type to get to keep nice sound?

Could you just get a straight through power pipe for the mid section? That should make the letter box back sounds quite nice

Sjdickso has pre-cat removed, sports cat, straight through centre, and DD Irmscher back box. It sounds very nice.

As Matt said, my setup to me sounds just about right no droning on the motorway, not loud on idle or at medium rev range. Once I added the 4-1 manifold it does pop a tiny bit.

Depends on how much you want to spend. Cobra (ExhaustsUK) have made some changes to their sports cat, so they will now pass an MOT, as there were issues with their old ones not reducing the gasses enough. 200cell should be OK for the 2.2
