Yeah, tried that, and no joy. I've got it back in, but they aren't sitting properly. She is taking it to a local garage on Monday for them to try, and they have said they won't charge to give it a try. If it still doesn't work, I'm just going to order a whole new wing mirror, and swap the painted cover over.
