How hard is it to replace Z22se Cam cover gasket & spark plug seals

I keep getting a bit of oil leeking from my rockercover and getting abit of oil im 1 of my plugs so im going to have ago at replacing the gaskets myself how hard or easy is this to do and does anyone have any info on replacing them thanks.

Also if anyone knows the torque settings for the cover bolts and the sequence to do the bolts back up that would be fantastic cheers

Quite straight forward. The gaskets are rubber. Just remove old and replace with new. Cam cover bolts are 10Nm. No particular order/sequence. 8Nm for the Coil pack bolts. Spark plugs are 25Nm.

Ok thanks are the sparkplug seals easy to change and will i need to put some gasket sealent on them cheers

Just use a smear of oil on all the seals. They are all rubber. No need for sealant.
