Hey, I had a recent headgasket failure so replaced this but after this I've had running problems in the form or rough idle, kangarooing whilst driving at constant speed. loss of power and poor mpg.
Its the Z22SE and there are no fault codes.
Bought the EGR cheater and blanking plate from here and it has improved it a little bit but it still has a rough idle and almost sounds like its misfiring sometimes!
What could this be? I've seen recommendations for the CTS and Coilpack? It recently had a new ECU and recon throttle body because it wouldn't run at all after the headgasket went.

Just went out and the revs are sticking when its cold too, like you come to a stop and it idles at about 2k revs and then works its way back down slowly.
