foxy8045 my car started this morning with a puff of blue smoke never done it before and has not done it since it also sounds very loud when driving a bit hard just doesnt seem very smooth power delivery, sometimes if im at about 2500rpm and put my foot down it hesitates a bit and doesnt seem to have very much power low in the rpm. now i have only noticed one problem with the car and that is a oil leak from the air box side think its coming from the front crankshaft seal but not sure there is that much oil. will be fixing that on monday but will that cause a problem
sandyc Sounds like you may have a stretched chain. Stop driving it and get it looked at ASAP. Is it a rattly noise coming from the engine.
vocky could also be a few other things, like egr valve stuck open, blocked cat, blocked air filter, chain jumped a tooth :crazy:
