I have made myself give up eating chocolate, cakes and drinking fissy pops :o :? . It's not that I want to as I love the stuff, I can't eat enough lol. I normally come home from work and open a packet of biscuits then next thing you know the whole packet is gone. The reason I stopped eating chocolate and cakes, fissy pop is because a part of my tooth came away the other day and I thought to myself I best keep off the sweet stuff 🙁 . It's killing me not eating my Favorite treats cryb.. . Now I am not fat, I am about 13stone and 6ft in height so thats about right for me. I just need to know a few things that I am doing now is ok from the sweets / biscuits I like. At the moment I am eating yogurts, crisps (Skips are my fav). I am also drinking milkshakes to give me the sweet taste I am craving for. I am eating fruit as in satsumas at the moment. Is ice cream ok to eat or is that just as bad a chocolate? What else can I snack on apart from chocolate? I have a fair few fillings in my teeth from over the years, now I want to take more care in them, the best I can. Am I doing the right thing :cry:
