Your pipework is incorrect. The pipe that goes into your dash is a servo pipe that should be connected to the side of your inlet manifold.
In picture 1, the pipe that comes off of your inlet pipe with the white rubber elbow just before the throttle body should be connected to the Fuel Pressure Regulator which is where the pipe is broken in picture 2. Does that make sense?
