Finally said goodbye to the coupe, but my smile soon returned after a spin in the new motor 😃

Nice! Have you got any plans for the VXR then??

Lots planned. Thought id start with the minor things and work my way up.

When the warranty is up i'll starting thinking about suspension, exhaust, remap etc

For now im just concentrating on cosmetc things.

New VXR mats,
VXR tax disc holder,
VXR badge for grill,
New OPC grill,
OPC Black fog surrounds,
Nurburgring Front splitter,
Black DRL Devile eye headlights,
Smoked fogs,
SMD Conversion (From orange to RED/WHITE)
Vent mounted gauges (Oil temp & Boost)

All of which ive bought already just need to get fitted 🙂

I went for Irmscher mats instead of new VXR ones, as they were half the price. Not paying £140 for a VXR badge on a £50 mat!

The VXR mats i bought were 20 quid off ebay lol

They look pretty nice but i doubt theyll last long :-)

It looks nice and low as standard, another 40mm would look mean though.

Not sure i want to risk lowering it. The 8J rims are pretty much flush already, id be worried about it rubbing if i went any lower

i didn't notice just how flush they were against the arches.

Lol, I do like Arden Blue as well. I miss my old Gsi Astra. Red looks smart when kept in good condition

My old Mk2 Red Astra was always fading. Always had to spend lots of time on it. Previous owners probably didnt help.
