Some may have seen this in a previous thread, it is a toyo sport decat pipe for an Astra coupe 2.2 (From ebay) with a 200 cell magnaflow sports cat fitted to it (From ebay).
The pipe was ran on my car for a couple of hours as a decat pipe but was too loud so i removed it, hence the slight discolouration. I then fitted the 200 cell sports cat on to it but have never fiitted it since so the cat is new.
The pipe in total cost me about £200 to construct, I think it might need some very slight tweaking to make it fit but it is 95% made for a straight fit. It has some slight marks on the catalyst where its been held in the vice but it doesnt affect the brick inside and there is another slight one on the pipe after the cat again doesnt affect the working of it. It has no pre cat in it 🙂 it has 2 lambda sensor locations and the OD of the pipe is 51mm (What that is in inches i dont know) I have a sleeve for it that is a perfect fit which i will send with it. I am selling it because i am selling my coupe as i have a baby coming in the new year other wise i would carry on with it and have it fitted.
Like ive said the end after the cat take a bit of jiggery pokery to make it fit and that is why am not asking for what it cost me to construct just offers around that mark as it is a good item with a bit of time and is being sold as an on going project. you are all a very capable bunch on here and im sure its an easy fit for most of you. however the flange end is a perfect fit as it was designed for the car.
