Nginx Installed on Server

This morning, I've installed Nginx onto the server.

Nginx is a free, open-source, high-performance HTTP server and reverse proxy, as well as an IMAP/POP3 proxy server. Igor Sysoev started development of Nginx in 2002, with the first public release in 2004. Nginx now hosts nearly 11.28% (43M) of all domains worldwide.

Everything seems to be working as expected, but please let me know if something weird or wacky happens.

Well no issues have been seen since I installed and set this up, which is good :thumbup:

Upgraded to the latest version as it looks like when i upgraded PHP to 5.3.9 it's been causing a few problems ever since. All looks good now though, and thanks to Daz for pointing the issue out.

I've updated php to the latest version again as PHP 5.3.9 introduced a major security flaw. We are now on PHP 5.3.10.

I've checked the server logs, and it does look like it was causing problems after I updated PHP again. It stopped all the access logs being written to for one

so I've re-installed NGINX and it's working as normal again. Looks like an extra step I need to do after each update from now on.

Right, I've uninstalled this, as it's only good at serving static html content, so I've reverted us back to apache. All the redirect scripts and stuff I've had in place for making sure the site works well since we upgraded to Xenforo stopped working.
