Totally different set up but on the Vec C you have to reset the windows after the battery has been disconnected. To do this we have to open the windows one at a time, when opening keep the button held down for a few seconds when it gets to the bottom or untill you hear a beep, then close the window and do the same again until youhear the beep, that resets the window for one touch open and closes as well. It's worth a punt on yours mate. Oh yea, same thing for the sunroof.
