Rebuild Kits?

HI all

I have just received a Zafira that has done a big end and im about to strip the motor out and do a rebuild.

My question is does the Z22SE have a complete rebuild kit that can be purchased??

Most cars here in Australia you can buy rebuild kits for the engines that include all bearings, gaskets, pitons, rings, ect ect. I have been looking for something similar for the Z22SE does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi mate here in england there is no complete rebuilds kits to buy off shelf mostly all sold seperate

if the big end has gone the crank will be damaged :thumbdown:

I realize the Crank is gone that is why it is having a full rebuild.

If the big ends are gone will it be enough to take the crank to shop and have them regrind it and fit over dimensioned bearings?

yep the big end were gone on 2 conrods however i was able to get it ground and put oversize bearings in
