just wondering if someone could help.
my 2.2 vectra is hesitating under light throttle especially on pull away, could this be a problem with the egr valve?
im not getting any misfire just hesitation like something is pulling back.
any help? :buffer

Under light throttle???
Put on a heavier pair of shoes, problem solved. :razz: lol
Wouldn't know without driving it to be honest.
If it feels like it's been physically held back then check and service your brakes, check your handbrake cables aren't sticky too.
Also do the usual suspects like plugs, air and fuel filters, clean your throttle body and check electrical connections.

Does the slight hesitataion go when the engine has warmed up?

For the price of a blanking plate and egr cheater get rid of the egr valve, give the throttle body a good clean and give the car a good service. Only use GM plugs as NGK caused rough idle on my car :thumbup:

Have you replaced CTS at any stage? if not, fit a new one, these can cause problems toooooooooo :thumbup:

update,

took the egr mutli plug off and ran the car, all goo. ordered egr blanking plate and cheater from here.
