Boot Carpet

its been annoying me for months not having a boot carpet.

So a couple of days ago i went to a couple of scrapyards to look for a one and found a half decent carpet which cost a tenner!
Cleaned it up when i got home, brushed, hoovered and steamed and it looks almost brand new 😃

it's always the little things which make the most improvement, I used to change the boot carpets on every car I bought because for some reason they were always knackered :crazy:

The reason mine was knackered was my own fault i left a 5 ltr bottle of GM 10w40 semi synth in the boot and collided with my shovel that was in there. Well you can work out the rest.... :silent:
I was helping someone move a bed at the weekend just gone and used my car, my mate helping me, lifted the back seats up and there was 2 great puddles of oil from the spillage 8 months ago. :crazy:

The boot floor in my Vectra Estate wasnt too bad until the weekend when I used it pick up a new engine for my mate's car on saturday night.
We went to lift it out on sunday morning to find it had poured it's oil out everywhere. Ooopsie.
