Because of the new laws regarding keeping uninsured cars and the fact I always seem to have at least 6 in varying states of repair I have been looking towards a traders policy like I had years ago.
I went onto the Tradex website and was redirected to a partner company who gave me a really good quote to cover any car in my control, custody or ownership on a type of policy aimed at enthusiasts and part time home traders.
I can drive any of my own cars SDP and commuting and any other car Im either working on or selling.
Best of all it cost just a wee bit more than I was paying to cover my 2.2 Astra and my 1.8 Vectra. It will also cover my GTi 6 and my Saab too.

It came in around £800 for me. 34 years old, professional 7.5T driver with 10 years NCB.
Swiftcover were going to try and nail me for about the same to cover just 2 cars seperately.

Thats a good quote, i was quoted £1200 a year ago max claim per car £7500. Also covered may van for my gardening business, this was a little extra on top of the original quote.
