Well, spent all morning trying to get to the bottom of the knocking noise from the rear of the car.
Took the spring out, it's fine, sits in the rubber holders OK. Checked the bolts on the rear trailing arm, all nice and tight, bushes look in good condition, not perished or anything.
Exhaust hangers all look OK, can move the exhaust left and right and nothing is knocking or catching.
The strange thing is the knock only seems to happen after you load the drivers side wheel up, and then straighten the car, as the weight is passed back to the passenger side. It does happen some times when going over bumps, but not very often (only really notice it when the bump raised the drivers side of the car, same scenario as previously mentioned).
I'm all out of ideas now, and can't think of anything else it can be??
I've replaced the front drop links, rear shocks, took the RARB off and it does it with and without it fitted. WTF else could it possibly be?
