If you can fit kitchens / bathrooms go self employed and sod both companies offering promotion more money etc. You become your own boss and line your pockets rather than some other greedy arse!
I went self employed 7 years ago and have nether looked back, more perks than a promotion at work :thumbup: get my jist. The initial start up was hectic, but you have to take a few steps back to leap further forward.
You must have a customer base, regular and new where you work at the moment? find a supplier and hey presto theres your first clients to start.
