Sean22yh I wonder if anyone can shed any light on a problem I've got,My vectra is using a lot of oil I use semi synthetic oil which is changed every 10.000 miles, I've got no leaks and sometimes when stationary I can smell oil fumes.I'ts got 102,000 miles on the clock. notsure.gif
comet How much is a 'lot'? Some of them always use quite a bit - the book says up to 1 litre per 1000 miles is OK. Any sign of smoke on first start up, or after idling, - or smoke when you give it some welly?
