LMF timing chain kit deals.

Ive just had an email from LMF offering timing chain kits for £93.50 inc vat + £8.50 delivery. Bargain.

it says on there rrp on the z22se is £200 ,so i would imagine its vx dunno..

I've no idea how they can supply them that cheap if they are genuine VX ones?

Gave them a call, as i'm in need of a kit, its not a genuine Vauxhall part and the guy was unable to tell me who the manufacturer was, only that they came in a plain white box and that they were selling well and they had not had any issues.

Is the saving worth it ....?

I've just bought one of the LMF kits. Its all BGA stuff in the box, doesn't come with cam bolts.

At least they have them though. I've had a couple of calls from VX dealers asking if I have any in stock, as there is around 6,000 on back order with GM in Germany.....with no ETA

ive removed a few of these kits now ..there not very good are they ....did it have the old style tenstioner ? ..

I would recommend to only fit genuine chain kits, some pattern stuff is very poor quality :silent:

Yeah, its not the best of quality and the tensioner is particularly poor.
I'm gonna have a word with them and see if I can send it back.

Surprising really, I've had BGA stuff in the past, head sets etc and it's been alright.

deffo no date been given yet ......the yh are still on back order too ..they are due this week tho ...but if they turn up is yet to be seen ....
