Irmscher back box flange!

Hi does any one know of a fix for this as all the ones i can find have the same problem. The exhaust is in great shape but the flange on the back box has rotted to bits just seems stupid spending £200 on a new back box just to repalce this sill thing.

Oh this is on an astra G 2.2 hatch just incase your wondering

i bought an irmy dd for my missus astra with the same problem the flange had completely rusted away ,i got a mate of mine to make a new flange ,then cut the exhaust put the flange on then welded the exhaust back up cost me £20

I got a custom exhaust place to fit me a SS flange and refit didnt cost loads, sure if you have a local PF place near you they would knock somthing up.
