rear backbox does not fit my 2.2 Vectra

hi all,

I have a 2.2 Sri 150 and ordered a rear back box from Vauxhall:-
They gave me part number: 24456220 (Single pipe)

Upon fitting the item it appears to be the incorrect as it hangs wrong and part of the pipe is hidden by the bumper which is now melting.

Any ideas?
They are saying it is the correct part for my car.

I believe the back boxes fitted to SRI 150's are twin pipes. Mine is fitted with the standard lettterbox twin irmscher back box, and most of the 150's ive seen have the same set up. :thumbup:

You can fit a Letterbox style, Double D style and a GSi Twin Slash style. All these types will fit a 1.8 thru' to a 2.6 V6 be it a saloon, hatch or an estate.
