Hi guys new to the site iv just bought a 2.2 sri vectra c on a 52 plate car is great how ever drove it from Blackpool to Cardiff today and noticed a rattle? at idol all is well but as soon as the gas is touched just a little bit i get a rattle it sounds like its coming from the chain area to me however im a fitter myself but know very little about this engine oil etc is all ok its a bit flat lower in the revs but if i give it the heavy foot i goes like stink with a small bit of the dreaded blue smoke the service history states that it had a chain 2nd of feb this year any ideas would be great thanks.
