My 2004 Astra SRi has been languishing in my driveway for months now while Ive been fitting new piston rings, big end shells and rebuilding the head. Due to constraints of time, work, relationships, finances and other people's cars Ive never had much time to get back to it.
So yesterday morning armed with a fresh bout of enthusiasm a clear weekend and a sunny morning I ventured out around 10am.
Everything was going well Id cleaned everything up, got prepared and just after I put my head back on the fecking clouds burst and it aint stopped pouring with rain since about 1pm yesterday. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
I didnt win the lottery last night either so my plans for a pristine, heated, large fully equipped workshop have been put on hold for another week. :evil: :evil:
