Yet another New commer to the vectra world saying hello . . .
I have been given a sri 150, Cos it needs a new cam chain kit fitted. Rough price for this is going to be over £300.oo pounds but i really like the shape of the vectra B soloon. So gonna do what i normally do and spend lots more on the car than what its worth ..
So a little about my car history, Last car vas a vectra B 1.6 hatch which i hated, Don't know why just did. Could'nt wait to get shot of it .
Before that i was into the jap scene but Had an Epic Failure With a Toyota Celica gt4 cost bout £5000.00 to keep it on the road the first year and needed a
further 2000.00 to keep it on the road for the second . Sold For £1700.00
That ended that iv'e also owned 2 crx's, Nissan 200 sx turbo, and a hole host of other boring cars in between
First Propper car was a vauxhall 2.0 sri astra Which i again spent fare to much money on . polished the head gas flowed the head fitted a fact road cam
and pully got the car just perfect and swaped it fir the first of my crx's had that for all of three weeks before it was nicked from outside the house . . .
Anyhow swore i would learn my lesson and never do it again but here we are doing it all over . . . OH the joy's of motoring
