Hey guys
between me and my mates we have 4 zafira's with the Z22SE
with mine recently having the chain snapped we found out about this forum and the dredded problem. luckly we replace all the others now before they broke.
i have had my car up and running now for about 1 month (5000K) with new reco head, New timing and balance chain kits, new filter, ne fuel filter, new plugs and all has been fine until this week.
HOWEVER
I have found my car is now progressivly getting worse.
Here are the symptoms............
My car idles and sounds fine in idle however when i drive the car it seems to shutter a little bit when the revs are low. it also shutters when the car is laboured.
i can also hear a slight rattle/clonking from the engine when i first hit the accelorator after changing gears if i labour the car a little.
my first thoughts were chain but how can this be possible as its only done 5000k since replace
all the other cars we did are running perfect??
please help
