New Kitchen

after a stressful 2 weeks I finally have a new kitchen after 18 months of quotes and designs / planning i end up with this

**Before **

**After **

removed inner door & wall
remove rotted floor boards and tile
plaster walls
move sink to window
moved cooker to middle of kitchen
integrated dishwasher under sink

still got to paint walls / skirts
got a new oak door to be fitted where entrance to kitchen from hallway
also just had a fricking cat flap put in my french doors -new piece of glass

a place in birmingham oak tree kitchens

cost me 5500

knock through wall

tile kitchen area and hallway
plaster kitchen walls
supply & fit kitchen
integrated bosch dish washer
cooker hood
move gas & water points

Was that cost for you doing the work/fitting etc or contractors?

i had to pay for tiles & adhesive as well as splash back tiles

also a few rotten floor boards and some multi sockets

so around 5500 - 6000 all together

i had to pay extra for an oak door to be fitted between hallway and kitchen & also cat flap to my french doors

think the thickness of the cabinets is 18mm - i certainly know they weigh a ton

im sure you did, thing is the kitchen is one of the most used rooms in the house and you need it to work for you.. 🙂
