hi im new to posting so i hope ive posted in the right area , my vectra a 53 plate 2.2 sri when starting from cold makes a whining / droning noise which gets worse when you rev it and when driving it gets worse the higher the revs are , the noise lasts for about 10 mins then dissapears when the engine heats up , ive tried looking to see where the noise is coming from but can only pinpoint the area to the drive belt / timing area , the left hand side of the engine as you are looking at it.
