which way round does clutch go on a z22se, ive just fitted one on mine and im not sure if ive put it in wrong way, push clutch pedal in and it springs to floor and does not come back up unless you pull it up, car wont start, it started, made a screach and cut out, now it sound like starter isnt turning properly, anyone HELP ME PLEASE, just knowing if i put clutch the right way in would be a help, my clutch in the centre were the splines are have a small grove that comes out and on other side a longer one, just wanted to know if the longer side faces the box are the engine, thyis would really put my mind to rest if someone could tell me, would of copied the old one but lad who was helping me dropped it when taking pressure plate off so we were confused which way it went.
