help with timing chain

could anyone help me with whats up with my engine, when cold there is a loud clicking noise from the chain area until engine warms up then it runs sweet, but recently it is getting louder and worrying me more, any ideas cheers carl

You checked your manifold? These are prone to cracking and 'tick' until warmed up.

i have mate ben checked and the gasket changed to so i thinking it the chain
