New to this awesome site and thinks its well good!
my problem...the TC light is on constantly.. when i start car... drives like a rocket when cold....moment it warms up the EML comes on.. it starts to misfire badly.. 0 to 60 in maybe two weeks..wont Rev past 4k break pedal becomes hard... crappy brakes...like driving a lada 😃
so off to garage 700 quid later... which consisted of
new EGR valve..plugs..coilpack...exhaust manifold..throttle body....throttle pedal...
Throttle body was replaced due to throttle control fault
still comes up with a throttle control fault....
Sorry i dont have the code for this..they never gave me it
suggested ECU fault... so i bought one from dodgy dealings ebay..... the ecu the thingy for sterring wheel and a little black thing for key....
what i need advice on is fitting the ECU.. spoke with garage..they say i need to fit and then somehow get car to Vauxhall for them to reprogramme...is this something i can fit..like plug and play or do i really need to pay the sharks hard currency for reprogramming??
