tyre options

the Vectra im picking up has 235 35 19 tyres(ouch) and needs new rears but has sunny's on the front so looking to replace all 4, looked at falkens fk452 and kumho ecsta ku39 as both not eye wartering price although not cheap
anyone used either and thoughts

I have fk452's on both my winter and summer alloys well happy with them, great tyres !!!

I was looking at Falken FK452's for the Astra, but in the end went for Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta, as they were only £20 each extra fitted.

did look at Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta but £160 to £170 each but the falkens can be had for £108 kumho for £102 thats £200 difference for the 4 unless you know a cheap place for the Vredestiens cheers..

I have the Kumho Ecsta KU39 on my car and love them they hold the road so well and they are good in the wet, but don't last all that well but doesn't bother me.

Wow what can I say, I love these tyres they hold the road so well the feedback is excellent too, they just wont let go, I had Michelin's on there when I got the car and I changed them for these along with the wheels now running 215/45/R17 the tyres only cost about £60 each so not to bothered that they wont last as long, I have covered 5000 miles since fitting and they are 2mm away from the markers now.

Overall I am very pleased with them they have got to be one of the best tyres for the money and I think they hold the road better than the pricey Michelin's
