Another Engine Rattle! Help please

Right then, rattle sounds like its coming from top/rear of the rocker cover area and only does it when cold on tick over and accelerating. Had a search on here and most say it will be chain/tensioner. It is not a loud aggresive rattle though
I have changed plugs, oil and filter (all GM) but the rattle is still there, chain/pulleys/tensioners were done 18K ago.
I am hoping its not the chain, is there anything else I can look for/try?
Also if I do need to replace chain etc I have heard something about the Z20NET tensioner is better to fit with a "new style" kit? Any help on what a new style kit is would be much appreciated.

The new chain kits supplied by Vauxhall come with the Z20NET tensioner and suitable guides, as they realised it's a better part than the old z22se one, so superseded the old chain kit with the new one.

Right then, I am thinking now its the manifold. Can anyone tell me what these are like to replace? I have read about the 2.4 inlet being better and worth fitting. Does anyone have one for sale?

It's a crack in the exhaust manifold that gives a rattle

stick your head at the back of the engine and take the exhaust heat shield off then start car up and you will be getting serious whiffs of fumes if it is cracked
