Fair Usage Policy
We're writing to you today because we would like to remind you about our Fair Usage Policy, which includes monthly usage guidelines. Your monthly usage guidelines refer to how much data you can download (receiving emails and files, viewing web pages) or upload (sending emails and files).
Because you are currently using BT Broadband Option 1, your inclusive usage guideline is 2 GB per month. For more detail you can refer to the terms and conditions of your contract and our Fair Usage Policy guidelines.
However, we've noticed that you have exceeded this guideline. For example, your usage last month was 57.93 GB.
What happens next
If you continue to exceed your usage guideline, we'll contact you again next month to confirm that we have moved you to a more suitable product with a higher usage guideline.
