Total Vauxhall 2.2 RR-Day

Hi All,

Just an update that we now have confirmation from Total Vauxhall that they will be attending the rolling road meet on Saturday 30th September 2006. This will then be featured in the magazine.

As a precaution and to precent no shows, we need to ask for a £10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit from anyway who is going to be having a rolling road session.

They can pay the money to Gazza by cash sent at own risk, Or cheque/postal orders and send to:

I've just sent off my deposit for the rolling road, so I'll see you all there. 😃 One question though. Does traction control need to be turned off for the rolling road test, and if so, how is this done if you haven't got a TC switch?

yes the3 t/c will need to be off,you can just pop the fuse out though. 😃

When I had my old Astra 2.2 on the rollers they just popped out the fuse. It's the same fuse as your ABS. It just pops back in after the run 🙂

Gazza, pm the members who have not put a deposit down yet to see if they are still going, and if they are ask for a deposit as we need members names for this day for sure. We don't want short numbers at all that day 🙂. The deposits for this event is to secure your name that day, you get it back as it's towards your run on the rollers. I am looking forward to it for sure 🙂. I am going to have to leave very early in the morning to get down for about 8:30am to 9:00am.

you could go down the day before mark get a b&b thats what im doing so im wie awake on the day lol
