Small service due.

Now that I've got my new Fuchs Titan Pro S oil, I went to Vx yesterday to get some other bits and pieces for a service. So, 4x plugs, pollen filter, Forte engine flush, oil filter, sump plug washer and oil filter cap o ring. That little lot through trade club came in at around £50!!

Prices are definitely on the up.

i know 7 quid or somit for the oil filter o ring

more expensive than the actual filter

how much are the plugs on trade club johnny.without sounding thick how does the engine flush work ,ive never used it before might do on the next change as the oil is always jet black even after a few hundred miles,how much is the engine flush

Plugs were £2.88 each +VAT (£3.46 each)
Forte Engine Flush £10.30 +VAT (this was with 10% off retail)

The engine flush is just poured in through the oil cap. Let the engine idle over for 10 minutes. I've gone for a drive gently round the block in the past just to get the oil flushing around. Turn off and drain oil as per normal.

Nice one John, have you opened the oil yet? You'll notice the difference with it being ester based, smells differently and has a slight green tinge to it.

haha you beat me to it gary ,thats where i get mine from ,got a couple of spare sets sat in the cupboard ,at £8 a set its a billy bargain
