I'm helping with a study on sports supplements at Sheffield Hallam University, and did a VO2 Max test today
I got a maximum heart rate of 190bpm, and my max VO2 score was 52.7, which for my age is in the "Good" section (average is 40-42)

Tomorrow we're doing a timed 5km, then 2 weeks before our next visit to see if there is any improvement (I don't know if I got the supplement or the placebo)
