Hi Guys
I have been working on a zafira that has a Z22SE Motor. I have 2 of these now and both are starting to run fine however i have a small issue with one.
When i am driving the car you can feel a buzzing sensation in the motor but the main issue im having is that when i change gears the car seems to increase revs (slightly) when i place my foot on the clutch and then drops its revs slowly compared to my other zafira?? and yes i an removing my foot from the clutch completely. It also seems to lack power slightly.
I have tried cleaning out the TB and also checked the ERG valve.. does anyone have any idea what this could be?
