mullet22 Hi, just got my sri astra, its an 02 model, my questions are, my headlight range adjustment thing doent seem to be working nor my reverse lights.. can any one help me out? Thanks Scott
Andy are both reverse lights out?? are the bulbs and fuse ok if so then its possibly a faulty reverse light switch which is fitted to the gearbox.
Matt 1st thing to do is check the bulbs, I have no end of trouble with bulbs blowing in my astra, and it seems to be a common thing as well.
mullet22 yeah bulbs are all good, thinking its the sender on the gear box.. 🙁 sounds like a big job! as for the head light thing, the motor is clicking but not moving :S
Matt On the headlight adjuster, if the motor is clicking, then it could be part of the mechanism which is broke. Is it both headlights which won't adjust?
Matt if it's both then it suggests something from the adjuster in the car, rather than both motors going.
