Need some new

I need some new mits, well I have never owned any before. I am throwing away the sponge after all the years of using one. I need to know whats a good mit for washing my car with, how many I need and any other info I should know before I wash my car next. It's never been washed since my mate gave it a good going over and it's needing a clean now. Cheers for any info :buffer

Cool, how should I aproach my car with it being dirty, hose it off first to get any loose stuff off it. Then the 2 bucket method. Cheers

I normally use a schmitt but at the weekend used one of these

and thought it was spot on.

I would pre-rinse, two bucket method, then rinse and quick detailer and a good towel.

Cool, then when do I use the red mist spray? Is that the last part and do i dry that off or leave it lol

Right I have bought two mits, a towl and some do do juice born to be mild. After I wash the car down with water from my hose how do I attack the car next? One panel at a time then clean mit using the two bucket method then onto the next panel?

This is how i do it, not saying it is correct but here you are.

Pre - rinse the car
Two buckets one with was one with clean rinse water
Start on the roof work round roughly half panel rinse out then back into suds bucket depending on how dirty.
Once car is complete rinse off
Then do the wheels
Rinse off and then dry.

Using quick detailer and good towel.

The rest is up to you, polish / glaze / wax sealant :thumbup:
