Simples......back up to usb stick...(delete all the crap u havnt used for ages(saves from game u never play, and old installs of old games)
remove Black cover on side, remove screw, slide out hard drive, remove caddy(4 screws) fit to new drive, insert new drive, screw and cover, turn on, format , and restore.....
Was a bargain price matt.....
640 gb actually turn into 596 gb usable tho... plus then the ps3 takes 10% for itself so that takes it to 537gb..... but still much better than 40gb,, 😃
