dodger my laptop slipped out of my hand last night, as it landed it has broken the screen. I'm well pissed off to say the least and mad at myself :evil: hopefully i can get it fixed without spending too much.
dodger I have been having a quick look, nothing came up as yet, but found a new LCD displap for £90 delivered. Trouble is that the laptop is about 6 years old and the LCD display is a 15" SXGA+ with a resolution of 1400 x 1050
ecky1972 our lass dropped her net book a couple of months ago smashing the screen i replaced it with a new screen from ebay but the bloody thing wont boot up now
dodger sounds like it didn't go back together correctly, as i doubt the display was cause a non boot problem
