New Exhaust fitted

Well had the exhaust fitted today, heard one little pop from it on the way home. It's a cat back 2.5" stainless steel system. Only has the one rear box silencer fitted and it's not even that loud, not as loud as the one in that video. Next I need the Cobra front pre cat pipe fitted. I noticed a mark on the top of the tip, right on the end edge, can they polish out? Looks like fine groves notsure.gif

That looks nice mark nearly OE, as for the mark have you got a close up picture of it?

Cheers, tried to keep it looking not too chav :razz: . Here is the mark on my tip, come to think of it I am sure he did the same on my old Vectra, I noticed it was marked back then when I had it. It should polish out though, I think. Will get some better pics in the light...

Looks like the tip has been caught on a rough floor or that he caught it with a grinder notsure.gif A bit of autosol and nxt may help not sure if it will all come out though Mark.

Hmm, so would mean he would have to weld a new tip on it. Can't be bothered with taking it back as I don't get much time off from work as it is :? . Cheers

Looks good Mark, apart from the tip.

You'll notice the most difference having the pre-cat fitted. I got 10bhp extra having it fitted on mine.

Yep, you can tell mine is louder just with the pre-cat, and I get pops every now and again.
