Info on my new exhaust needed

I am getting my cat back exhaust fitted tomorrow 2.5" and I have told him to make it straight through, so only one back box / 1 silencer. Should I have a middle section fitted or will the sound levels be ok, as the way it is on order for tomorrow? I have been thinking about it now for days. I told the guy I don't want it too loud. How do you think it will sound if I leave it as it is now ie straight through from the cat to the back box. notsure.gif . I have gone for a slash cut to fill the trim gap on my XP rear skirt.

Cool vid. I told the guy my mate had a VXR that was a 100db, he said that must be loud as fook lol. I said if his is 100db make mine about 80db, he said that would be very quiet. He did a db test on my car as standard, can't remember what it was now though. He knows I don't want it too loud, not sure how they manage to keep db down when they make an exhaust :crazy:

This was my mates 3" Piper exhaust with just the back box fitted from the Turbo back. He now has a 2 silencer Piper exhaust fitted, but he now said it's too quiet :roll:

I got the 2.5 inch non res cobra one on mine mark.... precat decat and main cat decat too...... and its LOUD.... pops bangs and burbles like billio..... it can be a bit obtrusive on the motorway tho,,,,
