How to see ECU License key?

Hi Guys!

I have this question - How to see the ECU license key?
I need it to be able to use the ODBTuner.
Any suggestions and people which used ODBTuner to share how to connect it and to get the license key?
All help is much appreciated!

you mean the pass code to access the ECU eprom ?

comes on card with radio code

if you do not have it then either it is written on ecu or you need to go to dealership with car registration document and pay for code

Yes, the same.
I have it, but do not have the license to run it.
Have ELM327 as well, but no stable software to read the ECU license key.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You also need to have the ECU reflashed. It's not free.
Then you will get a license key from the softwares (ECU + PC) creator.

It's clearly written: "The software below is the PC component of the system. It can be downloaded freely, but it can only be used to tune ECU's that have been installed with the OBDTuner firmware. "

Re-flash - that is what i was afraid of, cause nobody locally can do it and Holland is far from me 🙁
Crap, any other solutions for re-mapping, any specific software?
I have the people which are good enough to tune the car, but they do not have the equipment for it.
And unfortunately i am the only one in Bulgaria which did so many changes on this engine, and it is not cost effective they to buy it only for me.

Think you can send your ecu to him and he will flash the needed special operating system on it. After you pay for it off course.
But then the ecu needs some re-learning and flashing with test drives (as described) before the tune is ready.

(He is still busy developing his software. Now testing with Speed Density tuning, so it is suitable for forced induction... :thumbup: )

Yeah and it is normally not supporting Zafira/Astra/Vectra versions, only VX220/Speedster

Yes you don't need to go to Nederland. It worked for me . I've had a spare ECU flashed with the new software but i provided the original ECU files at the same time.
You can also send your ECU but as pointed by Alan, it's only for VX/Speedster.
A great application anyway :thumbup:

Why only VX/Speedster, the engine and the ECU are the same, right?
How much does it cost the flash with the new software?
What is the address there, contact number?

In the car pass are standing some numbers. ( a speedster from a friend )

VIN : 17 characters ( mix of alpha and numeric characters )
Security Code : 4 numeric characters
Engine Type/No : Z22SE, 8 numeric characters , 3 alpha characters
Key No : 2 alpha characters, - 5 characters ( mix of alpha and numeric characters )

Witch shall i take ?

So the software you have downloaded is useless if you don't have a Speedster ecu with the special operating system... For that reflash you have to pay and then you also get your special license key for OBD Tuner...
