Today I had some time just for myself, so went to Santa Pod.
I think my car was the slowest one there haha. I didn't expect much from a standard Astra 2.2 with everything in (including spare wheel), and I'm happy with results. My best two runs were 16.2s, had four 16.4-16.6s and one 23.6 haha.
But honestly.. I get so much wheel spin there. I don't get it that much even if I floor it on the public road. But in Santa Pod the wheel spin is like out of control. I had no run without it. And I was not sure about gear changes, but hey.. it was my first time :wink:
With better driver I believe my car can go 15.9-16.0s
