I removed the flywheel on my North American Z22SE(/L61) for resurfacing , and am now deciding whether to reuse or replace the original flywheel bolts. These are M10x1.25x25 grade 11 bolts manufactured by Kamax with a thin hex cap head, only about 1/8" deep. They were thread locked with blue Locktite and are to be torqued to 39 ft-lbs (53 Nm) plus another 25 degrees.
What flywheel bolt size and torque are spec'd for the Vectra Z22SE, and are they reused or replaced when removed?
Is there an aftermarket bolt supplier commonly (and safely) used for this application in the UK?
