I have enjoyed myself when discovering this forum devoted purely to the Z22SE Opel engine. My family keep Opel Vectra C with this Z22SE engine. It failed due to timing chain tensioner malfunction so I have examined all relevant info at your web in order to collect maximum useful advices.
I personally run Škoda Favorit car made 1991, serviced excusively by myself, it is doing its duty all the time very good.
In the past, I visited London 4x, Dublin 1x, impressions are great.
I am an admirer of many famous car and plane constructions and like all kinds of veterans, replica and retro-type cars (especially the Morris Mini retro).
Among the "oldies" cars I like Ford Taunus (Cortina?) MK5 (especially 2-door version). The car may be frequently seen together with Dempsey & Makepeace and also Cowley, Doyle & Bodie, in TV serials.
As concerned planes I am an enthusiastic admirer of the Avro Lancaster Bomber. Together with American B-17, it is the most famous VWII bomber. Its outer shapes remind me British sail-type battle ships with their complicated beautiful view. My deep desire would be to take a sightseeing flight on board of this famous bomber, listening to magnificent sound of its four Rolls Royce engines (the most beautiful plane must be equipped with 4 engines, certainly). I have read somewhere that still one functional exemplar of this plane exists.
