Ok driving along tonight and the battery light came on and no power steering so assumed the drive belt had snapped.Was dark so couldnt see much but when i put my hand down,the belt was loose but still in 1 piece.But could feel half it was missing so just assumed it had came off.Cut it off anyway to stop it wrapping around any pulleys etc and drove home.
Is theyr anything that could have failed to give it the loose feeling.And what should i be checking when i come to fit the new belt??Does any of the tensioners fuk up??
