Selling Up???

Pondering selling up and purchasing a new car or new project even.

Gone about as far as id like to without going too far over the top modification wise and i guess i fancy a change after 4 years.

Dont really need to sell but wondered what my best options were if i did in fact choose to.

Worth putting back to standard? or would i sell it easily enough as it is?

Shes had a good life (FSH) and been very well looked after, only just passed the 43k mark (was on 19k when i bought it 4 years ago)

I really dont know, my problems is i see everything ive spent and to me thats what its worth, yet i know in reality it doesnt work like that.

Keep it mate make it the project with better engine.
But in the eyes of the selling Market prob tops of 4k if your lucky which is down side to big engine cars :thumbdown:

Id actually be quite happy with 4k lol i am tempted by fitting a bigger engine i must admit

I'm in exactly the same mind as you and have been for a long while mate!!!!! Just like you don't want to loose all that money and time spent on the car and end up with nothing to show for it tbh the price of a standard 2.2 is low and people looking to buy ours would see this and think they could mod car themselves and save money not the case but what peopl think i'v also thought about the engine conversion route but means ploughing even more money into what is now an old car might just be best to cut ya losses and buy a vxr lol

But if you do decide to keep the motor what engine would you drop in it?

on average my cars done 4k miles a year, so it may be 10 years old but its in better condition then some newer cars i know of.

id just like a change i guess, hence why im thinking of an rx8

ive drove my mates rx8 and the way they rev, the power and the handling of them is intoxicating drool.gif

I know in a year or two ill be looking for a newer more powerful car so i don't blame ya for the change of heart. :thumbup:
