Spark Plug how to guide

Hi folks new to this forum but have been a member of AOC
Just wondering whether there is a 'how change your spark plug guide'
Have read all the threads etc about alloy heads torque settings and damaging no 4 etc... Is it really that bad?
Also bought some Denso plugs to replace the Vaux ones, but.. reading on some threads folk are saying standard ones are better?
Are Denso Iridium ones ok and do they need gapping?? Are they trouble free??

Change the plugs on a cold engine. I bought Denso iridium plugs but reverted back to genuine GM plugs. The Denso were a waste of money in my opinion. Plugs #1 & 4 are the problem due to the threads running extremely close to the water galleries.

When undoing, apply progressive force. Don't jerk them free.

Thanks :thumbup: , sounds like I've just wasted 4o quid :cry: Oh well next time will read this site and post before I buy! On that point how long do you think the Densos will last? How can you tell they've had it?

No gapping or fireing order I,m assuming?
